By purchasing any products from OptPeptide, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are a qualified researcher or representative of a research institution.
• You have the necessary equipment, facilities, and safety protocols to handle these compounds.
• The products will NOT be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticide products, food additives, or household chemicals.
• You will not misbrand or mislabel the products.

OptPeptide reserves the right to deny sales to any individual or entity we suspect may be using products for unintended purposes.

3. Ordering and Payment

We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. OptPeptide reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, other than our purity guarantee.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. OptPeptide is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance (for international orders), or force majeure events.

International Shipping: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products purchased are legal for import into their country. OptPeptide is not responsible for seizures by customs or other regulatory agencies.

5. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and to maintain the highest standards of quality control, our return policy is strict:

• Quality Guarantee: If a product does not meet our specified purity standards (as verified by third-party HPLC/MS), we will provide a full refund or replacement upon review of the test data.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement immediately.
• All Sales Final: For product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products for "change of mind" or ordering errors once they have left our facility. We cannot resell returned items.

6. Indemnification

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
